Calculate the years for 49 generations. A the rate of minimum 3 generations per century, it comes to 15 to 16 centuries at the time of Kapila who sang that verse. Taking Kapila's time as 2000 yrs BP, the 49 generations start around 3500 years BP. This is the date of Byt Dwaraka unearthed by S.R. Rao. This is not the date of Krishna's end that was followed by Dwaraka submergence and Arjuna taking people. This is the date of end of Indus civilization that coincided with many floods globally - eg Pandyan's last Oozhi and end of 2nd sangam age and start of Mykenian and cyclopian presence in Greece. Musala parvam migration took the people Northward. 15th century BCE migration was headed by Agasthya and took them south ward.

// We have to explain the ashur in the Tin road linking to Kanesh (Kultepe, Anatolia) the region of Mitanni treaties.//

On Ashur I have some other explanation but not the metal worker of Chandigarh.
