One of the questions often addressed to an astrologer is
whether a place is suitable or beneficial or lucky to one.
Particularly when one is planning to migrate or settle in a place for job,
the anxiety is there that one must prosper in that place.
Astrology has a way to know about this.
This is based on the premise that all objects of the created world / universe
are in constant interaction with each other, at least in some nano measures.
They are in some energy forms that will either go well with certain energy forms
or repel with certain other energy forms.
Vedic Astrology has identified a number of factors
that align with certain forms of energy.
These factors are in akshara roopa (alphabets),
in swara roopa (notes of music)
and so on.
Science has a long way to go to even realize that such energy interactions do exist.
Suffice is to mention one example from swaras.
The sapta swaras, mixed in certain forms (as ragas) are capable of attracting rains.
It has been proved so by raga Amruthavarshini.
Raga Khaambhoji is said to make objects light.
By singing this Raga, Ravana was said to have relieved himself
when he was trapped under
From more recent records we come to know that
Swami Thyagaraja, one of the Tri-moorthis of music
was seen to have helped in lifting the moorthy of Lord Ranganatha of Srirangam
that could not be lifted to be taken out for a procession,
by singing khaambhoji.
Ragas which are nothing but swaras arranged in specific forms
are also capable of transforming or influencing moods and emotions and feelings.
The swaras have their basis in alphabets
and as such alphabets also are capable of influencing.
The 51 Sanskrit alphabets are not just a creation out of the blue,
but forms of energies extracted from and identified in nature.
That is why Sanskrit mantras have awesome power to bestow even progeny
(puthra kaamEshti yajna)
or even transport one to swarga ( JyothishtOmEna yajna).
These two have been recorded in history,
the former in Ramayana and the latter in Paddhittru-p-patthu.
The alphabets by their repeated utterance in association with a name
bestow certain energies to that name.
It is on this basis, the noted astrological work “Kalamritha”
has given a calculation to know whether the energy level of a person
tallies with the energy level of a place
so that it can be known whether they make each other compatible.
That is, if they tally, the person’s stay in that place will make him happy.
The place will be beneficial to him.
If not, he will be unhappy.
It can be understood like this.
A person who is prone to asthmatic attacks, can not live in peace in a place
where there is much Industrial pollution.
So the basic constitution represented by some form of bio-energies of the person
must go well with those of the place he chooses to reside.
The match or mis-match can be known by a simple calculation.
The 51 alphabets of Sanskrit are given below starting from A to la.
You will get the 51 alphabets in the following link.
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/sanskrit.htm
Starting from A, count till the first letter of the name of the place.
Keep that number aside.
Now starting from A, count till the first letter of the name of yourself or
the person who is going to live there.
Keep this number to the left of the previous place name number.
Divide this whole number by 8.
The remainder is known as
‘Dhana’ – credit or wealth.
Now jumble the two numbers and divide the new number by 8.
The remainder is ‘RNa’ – debit or expenses.
If Dhana is more than RNa, the place is good for the person.
If RNa is more than Dhana, the person will have unhappy times there.
To explain with an example,
let us take Sita, (Rama-patni) – whose life is well known.
She lived in 3 places, Mithila, Ayodhya and Lanka.
First let us see the place number for Mithila.
From A to M of Mithila, the number counted is 42.
Now, the name number for Sita.
From A to S of Sita, the number is 49.
We have put this number before (left of) the place number.
(In Sanskrit this is how numbers are read.)
We have 4942.
This divided by 8 gives the remainder is 6.
So her Dhana in Mithila is 6.
To know RNa, we have to jumble the numbers.
This new number is 4249.
This divided by 8 gives 1 as remainder.
So the RNa is 1
Dhana (6) is more than RNa (1)
Her stay in Mithila was happy and fulfilling.
Let us now see for Ayodhya.
Using the same rules,
place number is (from A to A) 1.
Her name number is 49.
So 491 divided by 8, gives 3 as remainder.
Dhana at Ayodhya is 3.
To calculate RNa, the jumbled number is 149 which is divided by 8.
The remainder is 5.
RNa for Ayodhya is greater than Dhana.
Even though Dhana was 3 counts, RNa exceeded it.
Her life at Ayodhya saw more troubles than fulfillment.
Let us now see for Lanka where she was confined against her wishes.
The place number for Lanka is (from A to L) 45.
Her name number is 49.
To calculate Dhana the number is 4945 divided by 8.
The remainder is 1.
Dhana is 1.
To know RNa, the jumbled number is 4549, which is to be divided by 8.
The remainder is 5.
RNa is 5.
RNa at 5, much greater than Dhana at 1 made life miserable for her at Lanka.
Of all the three places, her stay at Mithila was only of happiness.
At other places, she had to have her tales of woes.
This is how the compatibility or beneficial nature or luck of a place is ascertained.
how will you ascertain the name of a place. Will it be the City , State, Country, Suburb, Name of building etc.
ReplyDeleteIt is the name of the place where you live and make a living. It can be village or town or city. What is explained in this post is applicable to these. For determining the country that is suitable for you, there are other parameters. I will write them separately in a future post.
