Day 9 of Garbottam started around midnight of 5th
January 2017 and ended around midnight of 6th January 2017.
The impact would be felt between 10thOctober 2017 and 23rd October 2017.
Observation:
(1) Wind:- Frequent
cool and pleasant breeze
(2) Rain:- Nil.
(3) Lightening:- Nil.
(4) Thunder:- Nil.
(5) Clouds:-
From 9-30 AM onwards, cloud formation was noticed. By 10-30 AM bunches of
clouds started crossing the disc of the Sun
At 10-30 AM
Between 10-30 AM and 11-00 AM the Sun was often
hidden by passing clouds to the accompaniment of cool breeze from North and
east.
But the actual take-off happened after 12 Noon. By 12-45 PM, a huge tortoise looking cloud was crossing the Sun for several minutes.
At 12-45 PM
From
then onwards until 3-30 PM, continuous stream of clouds could be seen moving
from east and crossing the Sun frequently often for 5 minutes and more.
At 3 -15 PM
3-some features:-
(1) Terrestrial :- Behaviour of birds
normal and satisfactory.
(2) Atmospheric :- (1) Cool breeze very
often. (2) Good cloud formation from 10-30 AM onwards.
(3) Many aquatic shaped
clouds were seen very often. Many bunches of clouds were seen with
tortoise-back, Swan’s neck and duck’s beak.
(3) Planetary:- (1) Stars and planets
appeared dim. (2) All planets were in Southern declination. (3) Evening
Sun was bright red in colour.
Impact dates between 10th October
and 23rd October 2017.
Rainfall support features:-
There is no specific rainfall support yoga during
this fortnight. This is a worrisome feature as the Garbottam of the day was
good.
On 13th October, Mercury enters Libra to
join Jupiter. This must trigger some rainfall around that date. During this transit, Mercury continues to be
in combustion which is going to last till 31st October. This is the
only positive feature to support rainfall during this fortnight.
Rainfall spoiling features:-
(1) Mercury – Venus closeness is not happening
during this fortnight. Though the two planets were together in the same
sign along with the Sun at the beginning of the fortnight, the gap between them
would be gradually increasing from 23 degrees to 28 degrees during this
fortnight. This is not a supportive feature.
(2) Venus continues to be in Uttra Phalguni star in
Sapta Nadi Chakra till 17th October. Until then, there is likely to
be cloudiness with less rainfall.
(3) Saturn is the lead of all the other planets
during this fortnight. This is a rainfall spoiler.
Inference:- For the first time in the present Garbottam period, good cloud formation and movement of clouds across the sun to the accompaniment of cool breeze was felt for a longer duration. This corresponds to the middle of the fortnight, probably from 14th to 18th October 2017. This coincides with Mercury’s entry into Libra to join Jupiter. By 17th Venus comes out of the adverse star in Sapta Nadi Chakra. If the daily Garbottam for this fortnight also supports rainfall, this period would see a good rainfall prospect.
An important feature of today’s Garbottam is that in
daily Garbottam assessment (of giving rainfall on the 195th day),
this day (6th January 2017) corresponds to both 16th and
17th July, 2017. The
Garbottam of last 2 days also can give rainfall to 14th and 15th
of July, 2017 as per 195th day impact.
These days come within the
fortnight of 2nd
day of Margazhi Garbottam 2016-17. The 2nd day (29th –
30th December 2016) showed good Garbottam features. Thus we see Garbottam impact on daily
assessment too. The 2nd day Garbottam did not have supportive
planetary features. If in spite of that it rains on the corresponding fortnight
(particularly between 10th and 19th July 2017), we can be
sure that it would rain well in the present period (after 14th
October 2017) as the planetary spoilers are less in intensity during the fortnight under discussion.
