The Alumni association of the Department of Vaishnavism of Madras University invited me to give a lecture on Ramayana dating. The programme was done on 27th April 2024, at 6 PM, IST.
My talk covered the following topics:* Why dating needs to be done? * Solved the yuga issue, tithi - star mismatch and 11,000 years of rule of Rama. * Age of Rama at marriage and when exiled. * On abduction and Ravana war The programme ended with a Qestion-Answer session that covered various other issues on Ramayana.
